Joe Davin

President, Healthcare

Joe joined Scapa as Group President, Healthcare in September 2011 and has over 30 years of experience in the medical equipment industry. Under Joe's leadership Scapa Healthcare has become the global leader in providing "Skin Friendly Turn-Key Solutions" to B2B partners in the Advanced Wound Care, Consumer Wellness, and Medical Device and Drug Delivery markets. Prior to joining Scapa Healthcare, Joe was Group President at Spacelabs Healthcare, a global provider of patient monitoring, anaesthesia, diagnostic cardiology and clinical information solutions.

John Petreanu

Chief Operations Officer

John joined Scapa in September 2017 as Chief Operations Officer.  John spent the last 12 years working in the Healthcare industry for market leading companies Integer Holding Corporation, Hospira, CareFusion and Cardinal Health in strategic operations management roles.  He holds a BS & MS in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a MBA from the University of Dayton.  

Brian Coughlin

Vice President, Global Sales

Brian joined Scapa in May 2016 as a result of the acquisition of EuroMed.  After running the EuroMed operation for one year, Brian accepted the position as the commercial leader for Scapa Healthcare.  Before Scapa, Brian worked at Stryker Orthopedics for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Villanova University and then earned his Executive Master of Technology Management at the Stevens Institute of Technology.

Mike Muchin

Vice President, Product Development & Marketing

In 2000, Mike joined Scapa with the acquisition of Acutek International. He brings 20 years of experience in the advanced wound care, medical device, and consumer wellness industry holding various positions in Sales, Business Development, R&D and Operations.

Eric Springer

Director, Finance

Eric joined Scapa in 2007 and has more than 25 years of financial accounting experience in a range of manufacturing and service businesses. He holds his CPA certification.

Marty Sherman

Global Director, Human Resources

Marty Sherman joined in 2016 and possess over 25 years of human resource experience, specializing in strategic development, change management, process improvement, organizational effectiveness and talent management, particularly in manufacturing and medical devices. Marty holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a masters in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations, including a certification in Executive Development from University of North Carolina.
